Interdisziplin?re Graduiertenf?rderung

Das Projekt Jena Alliance "Life in Focus", welches von der Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung über sieben Jahre gef?rdert wurde (2019-2025), unterstützte eine national und international sichtbare exzellente Graduiertenqualifizierung an der Friedrich-Schiller-Universit?t Jena über die Verbindung der universit?ren Profillinien LIFE und LIGHT.

Unter dem Dach der Graduierten-Akademie, die für ihre hohe Qualit?t in der Nachwuchsqualifizierung bekannt ist, vernetzte und st?rkte die Jena Alliance die etablierten Graduiertenprogramme der Jena School for Microbial Communication (JSMC), der Jena School of Molecular Medicine (JSMM), der Abbe School of Photonics (ASP) und der Max Planck School of Photonics (MPSP). Die interdisziplin?ren und multidisziplin?ren Elemente der Graduiertenprogramme wurden durch die Jena Alliance zusammengeführt und um innovative Aspekte moderner Promotionsprogramme erweitert.

Ziele der Jena Alliance:

Brücken bilden: Vernetzung der beteiligten Graduiertenschulen
Organisation von gemeinsamen Veranstaltungen
Koordination der internationalen Rekrutierung von Promovierenden
Weiterentwicklung des themenübergreifenden, interdisziplin?ren Qualifizierungsprogramms
Etablierung eines einheitlichen und interdisziplin?ren Betreuungsprogramms
