At the University of Jena, health is understood as the comprehensive well-being of all stakeholders. The focus here is on physical as well as psychological and social aspects of health. The personal requirements and behaviour of employees are taken into account, as are the working conditions and organisational conditions at the university. We therefore offer measures and tenders on various focal points.
