A meeting of the EC2U network took place at the University of Salamanca from 3 to 5 March. A subgroup of the network, which works on harmonising European doctoral standards and developing joint qualification offers, came together. The University of Jena is active in various areas within the group: the drafting of cotutelle agreements using AI tools, the organisation of mentoring programmes, and the pooling of training resources.

The University of Jena is one of the nine partner universities in the EC2U network (European Campus of City Universities). Next year, the sub-group’s meeting will take place in Jena.
