The Mental Health First Aid team is there for you if, for example, you have been feeling mentally unwell or depressed and emotionally vulnerable for some time, are suffering from prolonged stress, or feel burned out.
In such cases, you can contact us easily and individually.
How can I get help?
You can contact a first responder immediately by email. This will take you directly to the right place without having to give sensitive information to third parties. It is best to briefly describe your concern so that the first responder can be well prepared. You will find all trained, active first responders in the list below.
What does an MHFA conversation offer?
The conversations are strictly confidential, low-threshold, can take place as soon as possible, and are intended as a short-term service. The first responders are qualified listeners who can offer guidance so that, ideally, by the end of the conversation, you will have developed a plan for how to proceed. The main focus is on assistance, support, and information.
What does an MHFA conversation not offer?
First aid conversations are not psychotherapy and are therefore not intended to be long-term. No diagnoses or treatment plans are made.
