On 29 October 2025, a panel discussion entitled 'Die Deutsche Einheit im Spiegel der Akteneditionen von Bundeskanzleramt und Ausw?rtigem Amte' took place in the Rosen Auditorium. The event was organised by Alexander Litvinenko, who graduated from the Master's programme in 20th Century History and Politics.
Having written his thesis on the government files of the Chancellor's Office on reunification with the support of the university's honours programme, Mr Litvinenko invited Potsdam contemporary historian Prof. Dr Manfred G?rtemaker and Baltic expert Dr David Feest to Jena for a stimulating discussion.
