A new function has been added to the Uni-Cloud. An automated transcription service based on WhisperX is now available for audio files. A request by e-mail or ticket is no longer necessary.

This new service is a self-hosted service of the University of Jena, which was developed in cooperation with the Competence Centre for Digital Research (zedif) and the University Computer Centre.

Your data remains in the university network and is processed locally on our HPC computing cluster (Draco). You will still receive the result directly as a Word document.
