    The fund supports the development of scientific projects intended to serve as a foundation for acquiring third-party funding. The funding provided is intended to establish and intensify collaborations among researchers from different disciplines, institutes and faculties at the University of Jena to stimulate top-level research within the LIBERTY profile.
