Master's thesis interviewees sought - Diet and the body beyond cisgender identity
As part of a master's thesis at Justus Liebig University Giessen, the relationship between nutrition, body and gender is being analysed. The focus is on researching trans* and non-binary perspectives in order to expand knowledge that has so far been mainly cis-normative. The aim of the work is to gain new insights into the interactions between nutrition and the body beyond cisgender and to make research in this area more diverse. Participation in this research offers the opportunity to contribute individual experiences and perspectives and thus contribute to a broader understanding of the interrelationships.

Tobias Diewald, 30 years old, is currently writing his master's thesis in the field of ecotrophology at Justus Liebig University Giessen. His research focuses on the connection between nutrition and the body beyond cisgender, whereby he is particularly interested in a non-cis-normative perspective as he is trans himself. To this end, he is looking for trans* and non-binary people aged 18 and over who are willing to take part in digital interviews. These interviews, which last around 30-60 minutes, will cover topics such as body, body shape and nutrition. Participation is voluntary and confidential, and consent can still be withdrawn after the interview.
