Liability

The borrower is liable for the borrowed items until they are returned. The borrower is liable for loss or damage to the borrowed items during use, even if they are not at fault. In the event of damage to borrowed items, the Department Communications and Marketing will arrange for professional repair and invoice the costs. In the event of loss, the borrower is fully responsible for the costs.

Textiles

Borrowed chair covers, tablecloths, etc., will only be accepted back clean. Wash these materials at a maximum of 30°C with a mild detergent. Do not use a dryer. Iron the textiles on a medium heat setting, avoiding sharp edges.
