The workbook ‘Career Development for Postdocs’ helps you to actively shape your professional future. It contains structured guidance and practical tools. The workbook enables you to reflect on your own goals, analyse your skills and strengths, and prepare for the next steps in your career. You can use it to prepare for a career in academia as well as to plan a non-academic career.

Depending on your current situation as a postdoc, you can use individual exercises separately or work through the content systematically over a longer period. The workbook is also useful for preparing for career development talks or consultations. It will help you gain greater clarity about your options and enable you to make informed decisions about your future career path.
